Program Qualifications
- Employers with 5 or more employees
- All employees must be W-2 and full time
- Employees must have less than 2% equity ownership
- Employees must have major medical through an employer-sponsored plan. Either through themselves, spouse, or if under 26, a parent.
- A MEC Plan can be installed without out-of-pocket cost to the employee or employer with Prodigy Plus to satisfy the group health requirement.

Census template will be sent to you to gather the information needed to calculate the Benefit Reserves.

This allows employers to purchase benefits that their employees would typically forgo without changing their take-home pay, saving up to $400 per employee per year, and an average of $150 per month for each employee. With JRL Premier Wealth Planning’s expertise and Incent program, employers can provide better employee benefits while also saving money.
IPUSA’s Incent program features programs for groups of 5+ employees and offers a full slate of benefits including group health and ancillary products.
