IPUSA is a company that specializes in providing tax-efficient employee benefits to employers through its proprietary program called Incent. As the parent company, JRL Premier Wealth Planning owns IPUSA, which operates as a subsidiary.
Through Incent, IPUSA works with employers to create tax efficiencies for both employers and employees. This allows employers to purchase benefits that their employees would typically forgo without changing their take-home pay, saving up to $400 per employee per year, and an average of $150 per month for each employee. With JRL Premier Wealth Planning’s expertise and Incent program, employers can provide better employee benefits while also saving money.
IPUSA’s Incent program features programs for groups of 5+ employees and offers a full slate of benefits including group health and ancillary products.
